DELIVERY POLICY

POSTAGE

  1. All deliveries are only within Malaysia.  Street names and POSTCODE must be correct and accurate.
  2. NO P.O. Box or International addresses.
  3. If the packaging seal is opened or damaged, DO NOT accept the parcel.
  4. If you are not at home to receive your purchased order, Please contact the courier service within a stipulated time frame for next deliveries or pick up.
  5. If the order is not collected within the stipulated time, the order may be disposed and there shall not be any refund for the amount purchased for that order.
  6. We only use standard packaging materials for all orders.
  7. We are using Easyparcel which available courier is J&T Express & PosLaju.
  8. All ordered items will be packed with care. [Fragile = Extra Bubble Wrap
  9. We deliver each order to one delivery address within Malaysia.

DELIVERY LEAD TIME

  1. Order confirmation and closing time is before 12 pm from Monday to Sunday
  2. Confirmed orders will be processed within the next 1-2 days
  3. Delivery lead time for Orders to arrive (after processing and packing) is as follows :-
    • Peninsular Malaysia : 2 – 3 business working days.*
    • Sabah & Sarawak : 3 – 6 business working days.*

*subject to courier service’s changes.

SAME-DAY DELIVERY OR DELIVERY WITHIN 24 HOURS

  1. Delivery to KL & Selangor only (From our store, Section 7 Shah Alam)
  2. Delivery will be arrange from 10AM-7PM every Monday to Sunday
  3. The customer who orders frozen or dry frozen foods (Frozen foods may not be sent by courier).
  4. Our main delivery service is LALAMOVE. If LALAMOVE service had any problem such as website under maintenance, peak hour, late confirmation order, we will using other delivery service such as GRAB, BORZO or PERSONAL DELIVERY.
  5. PERSONAL DELIVERY is delivery arranged by our company and team.

YOUR COOPERATION WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED 🙂

🤝 Please include any request (eg: change address, available day & etc) under the remarks section prior to checkout
🤝 Make sure there is someone available to receive the order at any time, deliveries will be done any time of the day
🤝 Make sure to answer phone calls and reply to messages / WhatsApp any time, this would help our runner/driver a lot
🤝 Kindly have a sense of urgency to be at the front gate or at the ground lobby once received arrival notice from the driver
